For your privacy all goods are despatched in discrete packaging.

We try to despatch same day by 1st class Royal Mail post at £2.95 PER ORDER (not per item). In case of loss, up to £36 compensation is claimable through www.royalmail.com. As well as having our mail hologrammed on despatch, we retain a 'Certificate of Posting' which we would provide to you in the rare event of a claim. There is a modest additional charge for a 'signed for' service - we have found this particularly useful for tracking post sent to flats, university campus's etc.

Europe/Worldwide
Price for delivery anywhere outside the UK is £3.95, or £7.50 for 'signed for' airsure delivery.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged and should be returned to us in the original 'as new' condition with original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Clearance and Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to replace the item.
