Postage & Packing Information
For your privacy all goods are despatched in discrete packaging however all items will require a signature for delivery.
We charge delivery PER ORDER (not per item) so you will pay only once for your items.

UK
We try to despatch same day at £3.50. Delivery for this method is usually 2-5 days.
In the unlikely event of loss, up to £95 compensation is claimable through Royal Mail. These items are usually sent either First or Second Class by 'Signed For' Delivery.

UK Next Day / Europe / Worldwide
For UK Next Day delivery the charge is £4.95. Delivery is usually 1-2 days.
For items to be sent anywhere else in the world (including Europe), the delivery charge is £4.95. Delivery is usually 3-10 days depedant upon destination.
In the unlikely event of loss, up to £95 compensation is claimable through Royal Mail. These items are usually sent First Class by 'Signed For' or 'Airsure' Delivery.

Please note your items will require a signature for delivery. If your items are not deliverable (due to nobody being there to sign for them), they will usually be taken away and kept by your local mail sorting office for a period of usually no more than one week. After this if the items are still uncollected by you, they will be returned back to us. To 're-send' any returned items will incur an additional postage charge which will need to be paid, by you to us, before they can be sent out again.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged and should be returned to us in the original 'as new' condition with the original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Clearance and Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to replace the item.
